What to Expect:
Earn paid summer internship experience through one of two tracks: Lifeguarding or Child & Youth Development.
Build and strengthen skills in financial literacy and career readiness through Money Matters and Career Launch programming.
Engage in professional development training opportunities aligned with your chosen career track.
Become CPR/First Aid Certified or Lifeguard Certified at no cost, preparing you for in-demand jobs.
Receive career mentoring and guidance to help plan your next steps after the summer.
Programming Dates
April–May: Recruitment and selection of participants
June–September: Onboarding, training, and internships
September: Future planning with advisors and program evaluation
