We help investors feel confident in their most important financial goals, manage employee benefit programs that help more than 28,800 businesses support their employees’ total well-being, and support more than 15,700 wealth management firms and institutions with innovative investment and technology solutions to grow their businesses.

Opportunity: Fidelity's Smithfield campus includes nearly 500 acres including a high yield organic farm, numerous sustainability features and Rhode Island's largest office building by square footage, the Silver LEED Certified 900 Salem Street facility. Students will get to see our cafeteria, fitness center and workspaces while surrounded by hundreds of pieces of locally sourced contemporary art. In the process, they will not only be exposed to financial services jobs, but many other roles that support the site (e.g. catering, security, hospitality, facility maintenance...)
