Cultural STEAM in Action! Cultural STEAM is where traditional oral storytelling meets science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) education. At Dream Through STEAM RI, we give education a human face by celebrating the rich legacy of diverse contributors in these fields. We use their stories as a catalyst for hands-on learning and projects that emulate their groundbreaking work. At the core of our mission is the development of essential life skills: Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, and Problem-Solving. These core competencies empower our learners to thrive, no matter what career path they choose.
Opportunity:
Customizable, interactive workshops acting as a multidisciplinary learning hub where art meets science, culture meets creativity, and imagination meets inquiry. Students explore real-world challenges, collaborate, create, and develop solutions inspired by their lived experiences and cultural backgrounds.
