The Rhode Island Experiential Learning Navigator is Coming in January 2025!
The Rhode Island Experiential Learning Navigator, is a free online resource that makes career awareness, exploration, and work-based learning opportunities accessible to Rhode Island educators and students year-round. It will also provide an easy and convenient way for employers to engage with educators and students and help shape the future of Rhode Island’s workforce.
Experiential learning is a K-12 education approach where students learn through hands-on activities and real-world experiences. This includes opportunities such as classroom projects, job shadowing, internships, or community service. By engaging in these experiences, students build essential skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, preparing them for future work readiness and success in the workforce.
