Organization: JB K-3 Literacy Resources, LLC offers research-supported year-round in-school, after-school, school vacation, and summer learning programs specializing in interactive read-aloud and crafts sessions for children ages 5-8.

Opportunity: Additional services include literacy-based staff development programs for teachers, and parent advisory programs that provide parent/child at-home reading activities. High-quality and award-winning picture books are chosen for their visual appeal, engaging storylines, educational value, and impact on children's foundational reading skills and love of reading. Storylines and themes are aligned to children's ages and interests. Research-based craft activities are chosen to extend a story's theme and develop children's life skills such as creativity and innovation, problem-solving, critical thinking, collaboration, patience, concentration, social and emotional learning, and self-esteem.
